Virtual Group Training

Experience the convenience of working out from home with our online group training classes via Zoom. 

FlexFit

Flexibility and Movement is the focus of this fitness class while you burn calories and increase your body’s overall readiness for physical activity. Learn proper stretching techniques and exercises designed to promote better health while listening to the music hits of today and yesterday.   Tuesday and Thursday evenings classes are from 6p-7p. 

GetFit

Get fit while listening to upbeat music creating a high-energy environment focused on improving your strength, core, balance, and flexibility. Engage in exercises to burn calories, build lean muscle and increase your range of motion.  All fitness levels are welcome.
